Technical Support Representative

HEURIS is looking for a Technical Support Representative to join our world-class Tech Support team. We take our customer service very seriously, and we are known to have one of the best Technical Support teams in the industry. If you want to work in a cutting edge software development company providing outstanding technical advice and customer service to our Fortune 500 clients, we want to talk to you. Duties of this position include responding to customer technical question inquiries via telephone and e-mail, monitoring various internet newsgroups for mentions of HEURIS’ products for the opportunity to help to answer a question and/or evangelize our name, some order shipment and fulfillment responsibilities, act as a liaison between technical support, sales, and engineering to effectively answer questions of customers or potential customers. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated strong problem-solving skills and customer service experience. Media development experience, including experience with nonlinear editing systems such as Avid, Media100, etc., is strongly preferred.
