HEURIS Support

On this page we will be posting templates customized for specific types of encoding. If there are any specific types for which you would like advice on what settings to use, email support@heuris.com, and we'll create some custom templates and post them here.

To download the templates, just right click on the appropriate link, and select "Save Target As."

Installation instructions for PC:

Save the file to the templates directory located inside the MPEG Power Professional 2.5 directory on your hard drive. When you restart MPEG Power Professional, you should see your new templates.

Installation instructions for OSX:

Assuming MPEG Power Professional is installed in the Applications go into the Applications/MPEG Power Professional directory. Use "control mouse click" to "show package contents" of the MPEG Pro application. Save the file to the "Templates" folder located within MPEG Pro package.
