The first
video is a self-promotional piece produced in the 1920 x 1080i HDTV
format. It is pictures of my
equipment with pictures of my employees and clients on various job
locations. I shot the pictures as slide and negatives with film cameras
and transferred them at Imagers (here in Atlanta, GA) to the 2K Photo CD
format. I used Photoshop to
format the pictures into BMP files. Then
I used After EFX to composite the completed piece.
I transferred the finished uncompressed AVI file to D-VHS for full
HDTV playback using Heuris MPEG Professional.
(The AVI file was about 68 Gb.)
To create a promotional DVD, at standard video resolution, I used
Premiere Pro. The theme of
the video closely matches the promotional print graphics that I produced
for my company using Photoshop and Illustrator.
The music is composed by Tanya Ostrovsky.
I used Premiere Pro to create the AC-3 audio track, that was later
multiplexed with the MPEG file using Heuris MPEG Professional.
